What's a Brigadeiro
Bree-gah-day-ro
For those of you who have no clue what a brigadeiro is, it's really simple and for me the best things in life are made with simplicity and affection. A Brigadeiro (pronounced bree-gah-day-ro) is a bonbon, made of rich chocolate, sweet condensed milk, butter and flavoring ingredients mix; slowly cooked until a smooth texture is achieved. Once cooled, the brigadeiro is then rolled by hand and covered with different garnishes.
A brigadeiro is served as a dessert in most occasions to bring the ultimate joy and happiness to its indulgers.
